bad habit is harder than a lot of people think. First you have to figure what the
trigger is. The trigger is the thing in your life that cause's you to not think about something before you do it. When you find out what that trigger then you can identify the facts about the trigger. where did the trigger come from is the next thing to think about. Some people struggle with different compulsions like
eating or
shopping. My
compulsion is shopping or eating out. I have to leave my
bank card at home when i go to work or i will try to justify using it. I just take myself out of the picture.
Boredom is one of the main factor which causes me to make bad choices.
